GN Contracting, Inc is a custom building company, located in the Washington, DC Metro area, specializing in new houses, renovations, and additions. Founded in 1983 by Gabriel E. Nassar Jr., the company quickly rose from a three-man residential remodeling team to one of the preeminent family owned general contractors that provide a wealth of all-inclusive construction services; including custom property additions, luxury renovations, as well as project management for new property builds.

While the company is locally based in Falls Church, Virginia, the availability to affect professional, licensed construction services encompasses three states respectively: Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC. Over the decades, GN Contracting has painstakingly earned a reputation as a high-end custom builder with an emphasis on customer needs; completing more than 300 projects(and still counting!) in the Washington metro area.
